In the meantime, here are a few thoughts to tide you over: Camo is way over-rated, cover scents and scent neutralizers are totally unnecessary, gun control doesn't and won't stop criminals from obtaining guns, Hunters for the Hungry deserve a pat on the back, there should be more outdoorswomen, every year we should introduce at least one unrelated child to hunting, fishing or camping, 50mm scopes are a waste of money, crossbows should be legalized for bow season, Texas should impose a 7-pt. minimum limit on whitetail, used deer rifles are the way to go, rattlesnake round-ups are just plain sad, the Boy Scouts is probably the best organization in this country, feral hogs always weigh 1/2 of what the shooter brags, people who toss cigarette butts on the ground are morons, Walt Disney and Bambi were scam artists, anyone who tells you a story about a rattlesnake longer than 6.5-feet is a liar, Coke was, is, and always will be better than Pepsi, and unless we get off our apathetic butts and do something quick, hunting will be banned before our children depart this Earth.
