Katie night, September 25th, 2004, and the biggest night in The Outdoor Tripp history as we win the Press Club of Dallas' 46th Annual Katie Award for Best Magazine Humor Column in a six state area. On a recent trip to Oxford Mississippi, we here at The Outdoor Tripp were treated to a special tour of Rowan Oak, the house of noted American author, William Faulkner. We were able to obtain access to several areas of the house not open to the public. Here is the very bottle of Jack Daniels that accompanied Faulkner at his death in 1962.
